NVIDIA has released their GeForce/ION driver package version 275.33. This is the final, WHQL (non-BETA) version of these drivers.
Aside from some likely very small changes from the BETA version, version 275.33 is identical to the 275.27 BETA drivers I blogged about here. See that post for all the details on the new version.
