Honda is pulling out all the stops on personal mobility, even going so far as to offer a 4-wheel foldable scooter that features Loop Battery technology. This allows the vehicle to be powered by a small battery pack that can be used in a variety of products—everything from lawnmowers and power products to vehicles. The Townwalker can be folded to fit in the trunk of the car, and when the steering column and seat are snapped up into place, the vehicle looks like a conventional electric scooter. The Townwalker is made of acrylic and aluminum, so it’s light, which also enhances it portability when not in use.
