I can't find this name on the Internet if I search for '予史実' 'よしみ' except on this site or copies of this site. While the readings of the characters do spell out Yoshimi, it seems to be so rare that it would be a neologism. Google books yields 1 result but not a match for this name. There are so many endless ways to write names in Japanese that it seems to me that we should stick with easily attested ones. : Might be an obsolete name. Jim Breen has it listed as a name, but doesn't source it in any way. ([http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/cgi-bin/wwwjdic.cgi?1C Jim Breen's dictionary], select Japanese Names (ENAMDICT) from the dropdown). This is the dictionary I use for most of my Japanese needs (as well as wt of course!). | + | :: True, might be. I have no way of attesting it myself other than Jim Breen's dictionary. In the meantime it's certainly conceivable so perhaps let's keep it and mark it as context|rare or obsolete? I don't know what would be best to do. The folks at Rally America have just released a brief video recapping their 2011 season. Enjoy!

The 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show, which opens its doors to the public on November 18 for a ten-day run, is the first major U.S. show of the coming auto show season.
Even though the show does not open for another three months, 17 significant world debuts have already been confirmed. In all, the organizers anticipate more than 50 new vehicles will have their global or North American debut at the show.
Hyundai has already publicly announced two world premieres including the Elantra Coupe, which expands its product lineup into the compact coupe segment and the Azera, which rounds out its near-luxury segment. Infiniti will unveil the production version of the 2013 JX, which is an all-new, seven-seat, mid-sized crossover.
Ford alone will feature three world debuts, General Motors will unveil two and Fiat, Honda, Lincoln, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Porsche, Subaru and Volkswagen will also show important world premieres. No details yet, though.
According to the show organizers, a significant number of manufacturers are upgrading their displays and adding enhanced features with more interactive content and experiences. “The message this year is very clear,” says Andy Fuzesi, general manager, LA Auto Show. “The automotive industry is gaining momentum and the LA Show is an important venue for manufacturers to launch the innovations that are leading the way.”
Many of the vehicles that will be launched at next month’s Frankfurt Auto Show will make their North American debut in Los Angeles. These include the BMW i3 and i8 concept cars and the 2013 Mazda CX-5, featuring the company’s SkyActiv technologies.
We also expect to see several new green cars and associated technologies, since the LA Auto Show has become a leader in this arena. It’s also where the winners of the annual Green Car of the Year and the Nielsen Automotive Green Marketer of the Year awards will be announced.

In advance of next month’s 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show, Audi has released sketches of a concept for an all-new electric city car. Called the Audi Urban Concept, this ultra-light car has the look of a dune buggy that features staggered side-by-side seating, free-standing wheels and an aircraft-inspired sliding canopy for access to the passenger cabin.
While the sketches offer a conceptual look at the car, spy shots of the test mule give a better idea of the proportions and size of this new urban buggy. In those shots, the camouflage covers the full extent of the grille opening, which is similar to the A8’s.

Powered by a pair of e-tron electric motors fed juice from a compact lithium-ion battery pack, the Audi Urban Concept features lightweight construction that includes a carbon fiber-reinforced polymer body and free-standing wheels that eliminate the need for conventional fenders and bodywork. Instead, the 21-in tires have small cycle-style fenders front and rear. (more)

Our spy photographers have caught a Chevy Spark wearing a new face. This bit of automotive nip-tuck comes just in time for the Spark’s mid-cycle freshening. While it’ll be new in the U.S. when it arrives in 2012, the current Spark has been on sale in Europe, Asia and other markets for a couple years now. So the refresh is well timed for the U.S. introduction.
The Spark seen here has a larger grille that stretches further into the front bumper. There are new fog-lights and the lower air intake has been slimmed down. About the only radical change we can envision is what engine might power the U.S.-spec Spark. The current 67-bhp 1.0 and 80-bhp 1.2-liter 4-cylinders might be too underpowered for our roads.

As with the last two iterations of the A3, it appears that Audi has initially built a 3-door version of the new model. At least that’s what it looks like from these spy shots of a matte black A3 roaming the streets of South America.
Although the front and rear sections of the 2013 Audi A3 have some disguise, the rest of its body is free from any dizzying swirly camouflage. And from what we can see, the profile from the second-generation A3 returns, albeit zestier. The shoulder lines running across the flanks are much more pronounced and muscular in the new A3 and its hood looks to be more raked. Our spy photographers assert the new A3 chassis will continue to be based on the PQ35—similar to the Volkswagen Golf’s platform—so it should stay close to the same size. Bigger isn’t always better, especially when it comes to dimensions.
The revamped headlights with their notched design carry the modern Audi motif, bearing a resemblance to the new A6…not necessarily a bad thing. Expect Audi’s signature LED treatment for illumination. As for the rear of the spied A3, the taillights are well concealed, precluding any observations; however, the dual exhaust tips exiting beneath the bumper are in full view. (more)

The new updated bring HD graphics for iPhone and support for the iPad! The controls have been tweaked and everything is improved, making these the best versions of the game I have ever played.
