A news release appeared in my email this morning, posing an interesting question:
Should lawmakers continue to propose laws that link driving privileges to school attendance? If driving is a privilege and not a right, is it unconstitutional to revoke a high school dropout’s driving privileges?
What do you think? A PSCars.com recently polled more than 4000 drivers and found that roughly 68 percent of respondents agreed with creating such a law in their state.
