PlayStation 3 Slim becomes portable with a built-in display

She will not be the most useful thing in the world, but we are confident that this change will find a long line of support. The specialist Japanese modding Hori has announced that it has produced a kit that will enable all owners of PS3 Slim to mount a high-definition (720p) on their console.

The display will be positioned at the top of the device and will do everything you used to do with the PlayStation on a normal TV. So if you can not live without your favorite console, this could be an idea to consider!

Are not yet specified the technical details of this change and the only thing I know is that today will be on sale in Japan from May 27, at a price of $ 275.

Apple has spent $ 259.60 in parts to build the iPad WiFi 16GB

We had already proposed by the students examined the inside of the iPad iFixit, but now comes the first data on the costs of components. The iPad Wi-Fi 16 GB version is sold in America at $ 499 and Apple construire spent $ 259.60 in parts.

Of that figure, the display and the touch screen contributes to a large extent because they are more expensive components. The same panel, which consists of a glass LCD touch screen, is priced at $ 95, while the chipset Apple A4, which is nothing more than a Cortex A8 for a single core, it costs $ 26.80.

In addition, the beautiful aluminum back panel has a cost of only $ 10.50. Turning to the flash memory is priced at $ 29.50, $ 59 and $ 118 respectively for the 16GB model, 32GB and 64GB.

It has therefore for the Wi-Fi version of 16 GB on the market, an increase of twice the amount spent by Apple components. Recall, however, that these data are included the costs of research and development carried out from Cupertino to plan the iPad.

Choose a name for your concept and you win!

Nokia, with its Community by Design, does not stop with the choice of components and software features, but also would like more tips on the name of the concept.

Just to publicize this initiative, the Finnish home raffled the beautiful Bluetooth Stereo Headset BH-905.

The Bluetooth Stereo Headset BH-905 has a value of 279 € and only those who will choose the best name will be the winner!

Gameloft releases another video that shows NFL games and Asphalt 5 HD 2010 HD iPad

The arrival of the iPad also marked a renewed spirit (not that the iPhone had disappeared) from the developers to show their applications on the new Apple device. Gameloft is between them and has released two new videos showing NFL games and Asphalt HD 2010 HD 5 running on the iPad.

myTouch Slide appears with T-mobile, perhaps near commercialization

At the end of January we talked about the myTouch Slide, Magic with the new version of HTC sliding keyboard. Basically a re-release of the G1-style Magic. Of this smartphone we lost track after the first pictures and information. A surprise in the last hours has appeared on the net that seems to give a document coming with the operator T-Mobile. A terminal to be added to the list of the Android device but that does not bring much new on the market.

In fact, the features are "classic"

* ARM11 Processor

* Battery 1300mAh

* Optical mouse with function send

* Camera with flash

* 3.5 mm audio jack

* QWERTY keyboard

* Resolution 320 x 480

Its marketing in the European market is now very questionable also because there are many similar competitors: Motorola Milestone Motorola Backflip, Dext Motorola, LG GW620 and other "lesser known" devices are certainly similar and perhaps more aesthetically beautiful if we rely on these images on the myTouch Slide.

SPB Mobile Shell appears in video on Nokia 5800

April might be one of the hottest months for Nokia and Symbian, as even SPB Mobile Shell could reach the market. Pending the official launch, or a public beta, we got a video showing this great application running on a Nokia 5800. What’s more is available for download version 3.5 beta, supposedly ported version of Windows Mobile and therefore very unstable.

It seems difficult, however, a port similar, whereas we are not talking about open source software that was developed for all other operating system!

HTC Evo 4G, new confirmations for the release in June with Sprint

Since the first appearance of the launch date of HTC Ages has been identified as June. It often happens that the release dates are not met, however, expands for a few weeks or even months in some recent cases. HTC and Sprint seem to respect the time promised, and June 13 could be the day of the sale of the new Evo’s first handset with Android 4G Wi-Max connectivity.

Prices have not yet been revealed as well as subscription plans. But it seems that Sprint will sell the smartphone that American operator, intends to charge a subscription for the appropriate use of Wi-Max (10/20 $ per month). Questionable choice also because the coverage seems to be widespread only in big cities.

For the European market including the Italian, there is no news and it gets even more from us, we could hardly see it in time "short".
