The Smart Fortwo is a pretty lightweight twerp of a car—even a battery-laden Smart Electric Drive we tested recently weighed in at just 2077 pounds—but Smart apparently felt it could go even lighter and extract more energy efficiency from its dainty runabout. So it whipped up the electric Smart Forvision concept, which is being shown at the Frankfurt auto show.
