I under cooked some quorn sausages earlier because the rest of my meal was ready and now i'm really ill. I keep on being violently sick and I have these really awful stomach pains which are a bit like strong period pains but worse and in more of my tummy. I was getting worried I might've stupidly given myself food poisoning as I google about quorn a second ago and naturally google tells me quorn is just as likely to make you ill as meat... Please tell me if this is true or not and whether I could have food poisoning. If I might how long does it normally last? Regardless of how bad it is in the morning I need to be in college :("
