First, you will need to get a hold of a customer service representative and tell them the exact model that you own. After doing so, they can look up the software they offer and see if they have the right one. If they can find it, they will be able to send it your way in the original packaging. This is the easiest way to get the software you need, but it isn’t an option for everybody due to printers getting quickly outdated."
