It is easy to get frustrated and think you cannot properly install your printer without the use of the included CD. Luckily, there are a couple of options that are available to you if you want the printer to be running and do not have the CD. You can either contact HP directly and download or receive a new CD in the mail. This method may or may not work depending on if you have a recent printer model and if they still offer the software. You can also resort to checking out forums or even attempt to perform the installation without the software."
