These spy shots can’t fully represent the scale of the upgrades and the evolution of a vehicle that has been on the market for about six years and that it most likely will be around for another two. Next generation Audi Q7 will use in fact a MLB Evo platform, completely made of aluminium, definitely more refined and more hi-tech than the current one. This Audi Q7 II will therefore result much lighter - more precisely it will weight 1,900 kg - which means a decrease of over 300 kg if compared to its predecessor. The Q7 II will also mount more developed engines, and this includes an hybrid motor as well.
