One camera-toting reader at GTSpirit.com is definitely not going to be invited to Ferrari parties anymore after he (or she) published photos of the upcoming F620 GT supercar. The photos were apparently taken during an advanced presentation of the car – possibly the kind of event reserved for existing clientele? From the image, it’s impossible to determine if this is a finished car, or a clay mockup. The heavily tinted windows and flat paintjob hint at the latter.
This will be the most powerful Ferrari ever built, so that means it will have to top recent speed machines like the 651-bhp Enzo and 661-bhp 599 GTO. The car pictured has a long hood, so expect a V-12 mounted up front, pushing out somewhere in the region of an even 700 bhp. Judging from its name, the engine will likely be a 6.2-liter V-12 engine. The 599 GTB Fiorano, the car the F620 GT is due to replace, is currently powered by a 6.0-liter V-12.
Look for Ferrari to reveal the car (officially!) during the 2012 Geneva Auto Show.

While it has some good lines to it, and I'm happy Ferrari is stepping up it's game in the performance department. But I have to agree, as far as I can tell, this is pretty subpar for Ferrari standards.
