What’s this Porsche 917-10 Can-Am car doing on the terrace of the Monterey Plaza Hotel? It must mean one thing: The Porsche Rennsport Reunion IV at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca has begun! Drivers in attendance at Thursday’s kick-off party included Patrick Long, Joerg Bergmeister, Brian Redman, Elliott Forbes-Robinson, George Follmer, Danny Sullivan, Rod Millen,Jeff Zwart and a slew of others. More than 1300 road-going Porsches will be in the Porsche Corral this weekend, along with 300 racing Porsches on the track.
